All payments are handled by PayPal. Each month, or each year, PayPal will withdraw money from your PayPal account for your subscription.
You've got options here. You can either cancel your subscription via PayPal, or you can open a support request in the help desk and we will cancel it for you.

We hold on to your data for 90 days, just in case you change your mind. After 90 days we delete it, at which point it is gone forever.
