The same thing goes with all TroopTrack roles - as soon as you give them to a user the menu will be updated to reflect their new privileges. Some older scouting software solutions only let one person make changes at a time. Not TroopTrack - everyone in your troop can be logged in at once without causing problems and there's no expensive add-on for sharing the data or making it accessible over the web.
TroopTrack works on any computer, whether it's a mac, PC, or linux computer. All you need is a browser. Your experience will be best with Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, but TroopTrack will work on Internet Explorer and Opera as well.
Every day TroopTrack makes a back up copy of all your data so that if there is any sort of problem we can restore your data.
