Baden-Powell Award
Be competent to instruct and examine a Pathfinder Scout in any two of the Senior Scout Proficiency Badges.

Camp on at least 10 separate occasions of not less than 15 nights (with the scout group) at three or more different camp sites. Submit a log of your involvement to the RSL.
Complete an interview with the Chief Commissioner, or a representative appointed by them for this purpose.
Complete the requirements for the Practical Training Strip

Demonstrate a knowledge of, and ability to instruct in, one or more of the following subjects

Hold the Project Badge.
Hold the Rambler’s Badge.
Hold the Scoutcraft Star.
Hold the Service Training Star.
In the opinion of the Rover Crew, RSL, and Group Scoutmaster, be active in setting a personal example of the Scout way of life and the Rover motto, “Service.”
Practical Training Strip
Produce a certificate from a Scoutmaster or Akela that you have instructed Pathfinders or Timberwolves satisfactorily for a period of at least three months with a high standard of instructional ability.
